Top 10 Team Ranking

  Damn,
  
  made it to the Top 10, #6 now of the OCM Team Ranking. It took so long for me to reach Division 1, I played this game every day for 2 years to reach Division 1 but since then things have gone fast.
  
  With Perk now at his peak age, he delivers 80% of DZWF's points (which is a risk as well). Unfortunately there are not that many DH Races if you reach the top 25 (since you can't join Div 1.1 races) so my DH Team isn't scoring that much points but surprisingly my 2 TT guys are scoring pretty good this season.
  
  I was considering selling my DH Team but since the Race Schedule is getting a major update starting next season I think my focus remains CL & DH and I want 2/3 TT guys which support the jobbers.
  
  Now to remain in the T10 or even get into the Top5 I need to improve my squad and that's a concern I do have. My Talents have been very very poor, buying improvements on the market has been limited and the money that is required to improve my team is currently not there yet.
  
  I think growing into a stable Top10 Team is definitely a long-term plan and I'm not there yet. I should already have the new Perk as trainee in my squad if I want to keep this up and hoping for a great trainee like him isn't going to do it.
  
  Not sure where things are heading but with the new Race Calender updates my DH Team will get a boost and I'm looking forward to improve Perk's Palmares until he retires as captain. Without recharging Perk and giving him Top Form in Tours it's going to be hard for him to win any Tours but I just prefer to race him as much as possible and so far things are working out fine.
